Job Description:
Seeking a Nurse Practitioner (PRN) for home risk assessments,
welcoming new grads.
Conduct comprehensive assessments including medical history, social
factors, and health status during visits up to one hour.
Collaborate with physicians, social workers, and caregivers to
develop care plans and provide follow-up.
Work in diverse settings such as homes and skilled facilities with
flexible scheduling (days, evenings, weekends).
Earn $2,000-$10,000/month based on assessment volume, with mileage
reimbursement.
Requirements include a master's degree or equivalent, current RN
and NP licensure, board certification, and CPR/BLS/ACLS
certification.
Travel to patient locations using a valid driver--------s license
and insurance.
Benefits include 401(k) and voluntary options; PRN status offers

Strong communication, computer skills, and adaptability are
essential.
