Job Description:
Global Payments Inc., a leader in payment technology and
software solutions, is seeking a Strategic Partner Sales Manager
for the Financial Institution sector. This position is pivotal in
facilitating the company's growth objectives by developing
strategic relationships with key financial institutions and driving
revenue through these partnerships. The successful candidate will
identify new business opportunities, negotiate and close deals, and
manage ongoing partner relationships to achieve strategic and
financial goals. This role requires a deep understanding of the
financial services industry, a proven track record in sales and
business development, and the ability to work collaboratively
across various teams. Develop and execute strategic plans to secure
and manage partnerships with financial institutions. Identify and
target new partnership opportunities through market analysis and
networking. Negotiate and close agreements with new financial
partners, aligning with company goals. Collaborate with internal
teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to ensure
partner success. Maintain and deepen relationships with existing
partners, promoting additional products and services. Monitor and
analyze partner performance, proposing adjustments to strategies as
needed. Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills Profound knowledge of the
financial services industry Ability to manage multiple projects and
stakeholders Analytical skills for effective problem-solving

Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or equivalent preferred
