POSITION DESCRIPTION: Managing BrokerThis is a management
position as the Managing Broker of Stetson Bentley, a fast-paced
andgrowing real estate company. Work includes direct responsibility
for planning, overseeing,coordinating and evaluating activities and
resources for achievement of stated goals andobjectives. The ideal
candidate has experience in managing a large office environment and
canapproach this position with strong management and organizational
skills, responsibility andcommitment. The managing broker is
responsible for ensuring that the brokerage is incompliance with
all regulatory requirements that govern the operations of the
brokerage, andcoaching and recruiting new real estate agents with
the goal of increasing productions that flowthrough the
brokerage.PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITY:The managing broker will report
to Stetson Bentley Ownership.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Must hold an
active Broker License in the State of Oklahoma. Must have five
years of active full-time experience in Real Estate. Working
knowledge of the real estate industry, including all state and
national FairHousing and real estate laws to ensure our brokerage
is in compliance. Excellent communication skills. Strong leadership
and management skills. Ability to recruit, train and mentor new and
experienced agents.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and implement
strategies to maximize effectiveness of the sales process.
Establish and attain quantifiable goals for sales/listings
activities and relatedreal estate products/services, personnel
strength, and per person productivity. Meet routinely with all
agents for coaching and mentoring sessions that show apositive
increase in agent production. Design and implement operational
processes for efficiency in lead distribution,call handling and
transaction coordination. Learn all current software solutions
being used by the brokerage and help trainagents and staff to use
it to improve operations. Plan, oversee and evaluate the work of
sales associates and support staff. Recruit, screen, interview,
select and retain effective support staff. Look for new ways to
gain market share and propose ideas to the owners asappropriate.
Plan and conduct recruiting campaigns. Review all transactions and
help agents meet compliance standards and avoiderrors. Conduct new
agent orientations and teach in-house classes on various
agentrelated topics. Report to and communicate effectively with
leadership. Promote and encourage a high level of customer
satisfaction. Use strong interpersonal skills to oversee agents,
resolve conflict and satisfyclient needs. Help ensure that all
agents are following guidelines, regulations and operating inan
ethical manner. Minimize legal risk for client/agent activities by
having extensive knowledge of thereal estate industry, remaining
abreast of any changes in the industry that affectthe company or
agents, i.e. OREC and MLS Rules and Regulations, Code ofEthics,
etc., and informing agents of any changes. Implement programs
designed to forestall and/or resolve problems andcomplaints. Will
be required to attend online education, conferences and study in
ways thatadvance knowledge and/or increase abilities to perform
duties.COMPENSATION: Exempt W-2 employee. Opportunity for bonus
based on brokerage performance that will be based on recruitingand
retaining real estate agents. Two weeks paid time off that can be
used for vacation or sick time.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITY:
Provide exceptional customer service to our agents. Be proficient
in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience using G Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.). Excellent
verbal and written communication skills, quick to pick up and
understand newideas and concepts. Must be polished, highly
organized and capable of effective and efficient multitasking. Tech
savvy and able to explain basic technology. Natural problem solver,
able to think critically and thrive in a fast-paced,
