Responsibilities: - - --- Establish strong person to person relationships with customers - --- Answer customer questions in person at our events representing our clients with the utmost professionalism ---- Inform customers of the details and specifications of our clients / nonprofit partnerships - --- Work closely with event executives to execute events to the standards of our clients - -Job Requirements:Requirements: - --- Bachelor's degree preferred; bachelor's degree in social service-related field is a bonus. ---- Strong management skills including planning, coordination and supervision - --- This position will require a highly organized individual, with excellent follow up skills as well as the ability to overcome objections and obstacles in the pursuit of success ---- Ability to establish and maintain professional boundaries in working with clients, volunteers and donors. - --- The successful candidate will have the ability to work well under stressful conditions, negotiate different personalities and work under competing priorities while managing a wide variety of tasks. - --- Must be prompt and dependable. - - Please consider applying if you have a background or experience in: sorority or fraternity philanthropy, athletics (specifically giving back to the community), charity organizations, fundraising, customer service, event planning / coordinating, retail experience or sales experience within a high-end environment, public speaking skills, volunteer experience - - COVID-19 considerations: We are taking all necessary precautions related to COVID19 and the use of masks and face coverings is encouraged.
