Heartland Payment Systems is hiring a Sales Operations Administrator.This role is all inclusive of all new sales ops projects and supporting in sales budget management. This person will also serve as the Expense Administrator for the entire DM/TM/Sales pro sales organization! This person will perform administrative and office support related functions to ensure assigned department operations to flow smoothly. Principal accountabilities include administrative duties, expense program process rebuild, and program management. Sales Ops office management, and performing various projects, planning, problem-solving and overall BPI. Duties may also include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations, filing, and faxing. Extensive software skills are required, as well as Internet research abilities and strong communication skills. Job Details: What will you be doing? - Overall BPI (Business Process Improvement) influencer of Sales Operations - Seeing and solving process issues and ongoing improvements in overall Sales Ops processes. - Greet customers to the Heartland office - Answer and transfer incoming telephone calls - Build a new expense management process - Manages expense reporting and expense accounts for sales organization - Expense approvals - emphasis on improvement on Mid-Market training & tracking - Tracks expenses for sales organization - Mail distribution - Light clerical duties as needed - Work with the Director of Sales Operations and Manager, Sales Operations on a variety of responsibilities as it relates to the team - Work closely with Incentives Program Manager to provide effective support and service management of all Incentives and Sales Recognition Programs - Provide Incentive Program Manager support with inventory of Heartland branded apparel and accessories - Support SVP, Sales Operations with tasks as needed Other Duties: - Focus on Monthly Sales Review, which will encompass data entry and management, for a number of sales teams within Heartland - Assist with organizing All Sales Calls - Data Entry, Messaging, Slide Decks, as needed - Support SVP, Sales Operations with VP Budget Management - Assist Chief Sales Officer as needed - Other duties as assigned What are the requirements? - Customer-service oriented with excellent phone manners - General office skills - Proficient in Windows PC environment with accurate data entry / keyboarding skills - Bilingual preferred but not required - Experience with Microsoft Office products, such as PowerPoint and Excel Education/Experience: - High School Education with minimum of 1 year office experience - Knowledge of payroll industry helpful, but not necessary - -Or- an equivalent combination of education and/or experience Preferred Qualifications: - Proficient in Google Suite environment - Data analysis and reporting experience - Executive Support experience - Excellent communicator and strong team influencer - Tenacity in seeking solution and insight to unseen problems within existing processes and technology Global Payments Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
