• Growing in Prague since 2007, currently having 465 employees in different departments from Technology to Services Team Information: We are a new team that is made up of 11 different nationalities, with different cultural and professional backgrounds (philosophy, carpenter, sales, students, law, literature.) Within 2018 we closed over 200 projects and more than 2000 cases for our clients: DHL, NovoNordisk and Salesforce. On a monthly basis, we have team breakfasts where we all take turns in providing and sharing delicacies from our countries.   We are working directly with existing clients, implementing new services and performing configuration changes. We mainly work within Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) Markets.
  Role:
  • You will be seen as a direct point of contact for our clients and Implementation partners
  • You will work on Configuring the back end of the clients Concur system
  • You will work on Implementation tasks carried out upon the client's request
  • You will work on Cases and Projects (4 hours to 6 months) with the client as a consultant
  • You will coordinate closely with internal colleagues from other teams as needed Sounds demanding? Don't worry! We will support you by:
    • Assigning you a mentor who will support you from day 1
    • Providing different trainings for a period of up to 2 months, including specific configuration training.
    • Giving you the opportunity to learn from the most experienced Team members.
    • Giving support during your first projects/ Case work. Our network of Experts is always ready to help!
    • We will also encourage you to bring your improvement ideas on the processes and involve you in different internal initiatives according to your own professional and personal development goals. Requirements:
      • Fluent in English and French
      • Experience in client-facing/service roles
      • Confident, Articulate and professional speaking abilities (and experience)
      • Display strong analytical qualities
