Position:Client Development Executive- EAST Schedule: Full-Time,
Exempt POSITION SUMMARY: Cornerstone Health Solutions (CHS) is a
fast-growing, health system-based service provider. We help other
health systems build, develop, and operate their own specialty
pharmacy program aimed at providing exceptional patient care and
outcomes while delivering significant financial results. Our
partnership model assists with all aspects of specialty pharmacy
program development (including embedding pharmacy resources
directly within clinics), leveraging our deep expertise acquired
from directly operating within an academic health system and health
plan. CHS is seeking a proven sales executive to execute our health
system sales strategy. This person will lead new client sales and
support all aspects of the sales process, responsible for pipeline
management, sales strategy, and contract execution to ensure all
goals are met. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:
- Lead the comprehensive sales cycle from initial engagement to
closed contract.
- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to increase
market share partnerships for CHS.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with consultants, channel
partners and other health system contacts to continue to grow sales
pipeline.
- Qualify potential clients against company criteria for ideal
customers and sales generation and create an active and growing
pipeline equal or in excess of 3X individual annual sales
quota.
- Establish relationships and secure contacts with potential
clients to achieve sales goals.
- Consult with prospects to solicit feedback regarding business
challenges and opportunities for CHS to provide services and
solutions.
- Lead sales presentations to health system senior leaders in
pursuit of growing business partnerships and advancing sales.
- Use knowledge of product offering to develop client focused,
differentiated and sales strategies
- Craft and deliver value propositions to potential clients
through client proposals, discussions, and negotiations.
- Lead the drive on the overall sales process from start to
finish.
- Understand market competition and develop talking points to
position our products vs. competitors.
- Maintain our customer relationship management program to
accurately track sales activity and client or opportunity details.
- Provide direct feedback to corporate leadership to inform new
product development and recommend enhancements to current product
offerings.
- Attend conferences to develop new potential client
relationships and continue to advertise CHS specialty pharmacy
services.
- Develop, road map and execute on a CHS sales strategy.
- Assist in the development of business proposal plans for
corporate approval.
- Facilitate transition of clients from closed sales to

required). JOB REQUIREMENTS EDUCATION:
- A Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS REQUIRED : None
EXPERIENCE:
- At least four to six years of sales-related experience,
preferably In the pharmaceutical, specialty pharmacy, or health
system setting KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- Executive presence and communication skills to drive
conversations with senior client representatives as well as
internal and external working teams
- Deep knowledge and experience in hospital/institutional selling
environment and is proficient in the following areas: specialty
pharmacy, health system strategy, pharmacy reimbursement (including
340B program)
- The ability to drive strategic as well as tactical planning,
and balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Confident, high energy, self-motivated leader and team
player
- Demonstrated success working in an unstructured
environment
- Experience working with CRM software, EMRs and other pharmacy
systems
- The ability to travel up to 90% of the time, occasionally with
minimal notice
