Local Crude Tanker Driver Elk City, OK Sentinel Transportation is hiring safety-focused Local Crude Tanker Drivers for our Elk City, OK terminal. This role offers both day and night shifts with a home-daily schedule, following a 5/2 – 5/3 schedule. It provides a long-term career path with excellent pay and unmatched benefits. You'll transport crude oil safely and efficiently while following all DOT and Sentinel safety standards. Primary Responsibilities - Safely pick up and drop trailers, and load/unload products as required. - Conduct thorough pre- and post-trip inspections. - Complete required DOT and company paperwork. - Monitor vehicle safety and ensure the functionality of all related equipment. Qualifications - Experience Requirements: At least 2 years of tractor-trailer driving experience; 6 months of tanker experience preferred. - Valid CDL A: Must hold a valid commercial driver's license (CDL A) with a clean driving record. - Haz-Mat & Tanker Endorsements: Required to have both Haz-Mat and Tanker Endorsements. A TWIC card may also be required depending on the location. - Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR). - Must successfully pass a DOT physical, drug test, and criminal background check to ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
