cost. Job Details Qualifications 10 years of commercial litigation
experience, specifically in business related litigation matters,
class actions and/or products liability. J.D. degree from an
accredited law school. Strong law school and undergraduate academic
record. Law review or law journal experience a plus. Member in good
standing of the Tennessee bar or willing to gain bar membership in
TN through comity process. Trial experience, significant deposition
and motion practice required. Experience in handling post-trial
