As producers of iconic brands such as Dog Chow, Puppy Chow, and Beneful, we contribute to the well-being of pets in the community and nationwide. As an Associate HR Manager, you will gain experience developing and maintaining employee relations, talent management, compensation and benefits, as well as process management.You will be responsible for leading and supporting all employee and relation issues at the plant. You will serve as backup to the Human Resources Manager and a liaison to the Warehouse and Maintenance departments.Why a leadership developmental role with us versus somewhere else?
