27-year old national company is actively seeking outgoing and ambitious individuals to telecommute as Program Specialist and Virtual Recruiters. Program Specialist are trained to communicate with clients to access needs for available programs as well as answer questions regarding programs. Specialist will also be trained to assist with completion of online applications for the available programs as well as marketing of the programs. No experience is required. Full online training is provided. Virtual Recruiters responsibilities are to schedule and conduct phone interviews as well as determine if a candidate meets requirements. Recruiters are also trained to communicate with candidate prospects and are responsible for assisting with the application process. Recruiters will have the responsibility of making sure new candidates are trained and offer support. All recruiter training is done online and no experience is required. For new Program Specialist and New Recruiters we offer a generous compensation package as well as full benefits to the candidates entire family at no cost. With these positions there are NO cold calling, telemarketing, hard sales, door to door or face to face presentations, and there is no commute. We DO offer incentive programs and bonuses are paid based on job performance. There is a car program available to those who qualify and fast track promotion programs as well.
