years. The Customer Service/ Order Entry Lead will support the
Logistics, Production, and Order Entry Departments in providing a
high level of service to Roxtec customers. The position reports to
the Order Entry SupervisorEssential Job Functions Work closely with
Shipping and Production teams to provide a high level of Customer
ServiceEnter customer orders, paying close attention to detail, to
ensure shipping method, special markings, etc. are entered on
ordersMake changes to existing orders as neededAssist in training
new Logistics employees Create shop orders and purchase
requisitions as required to fulfill customer ordersProvide order
status, tracking information, and parts availability upon request
from customers via phone & emailComplete regular rotations in the
warehouse, generating invoices & pick lists for daily orders
including required documents based on customer requestsHandle
evaluation of orders to be delivered when weekly shipments
arriveMatch and file closed orders Back up to Logistics
SupervisorDaily order entry operation and
prioritizationCoordinating with the Warehouse Supervisor on order
prioritizationSupporting the logistics
teamRequirements:RequirementsExcellent verbal and written
communication skillsSolution oriented and customer focusedDetail

focused with ability to work in high volume, dynamic work
environmentCapable of making independent decisions and work under
minimal supervisionBasic understanding of international shipping,

Minimum 1 year in prior lead or supervisory customer service
roleMinimum 3 years of order entry/ customer service
