Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Start Date: 4/27/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered
Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Nephrology Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Nights Hours per Shift: 36.00 Experience: Minimum 1 year of
Med/Surg and Stepdown experience required. Charge experience is a
huge plus. License: Current RN License issued by the state board of
nursing, or a current multistate compact RN License.
Certifications: Current Basic Life Support issued by the American
Heart Association. Must-Have: - Med/Surg and Stepdown experience -
Charge experience - Knowledge of central line care and management -
Knowledge of Foley care and management - Knowledge of end-of-life
care and management - Ability to properly care for a dialysis site
Description: Under general supervision, provides nursing care in a
hospital to a variety of patients with health problems ranging from
simple to complex. Assumes responsibility for an assigned group of
patients. Documents patient responses to nursing interventions and
prescribed medical treatments. Notes all changes in physician
orders on assigned patients. Assists physician in the examination
of patients and in performing minor diagnostic procedures and
treatments. Obtains and monitors physiological data of patients.
Observes physiological manifestations of patients and intervenes
when necessary. Administers medication as prescribed. Initiates,
regulates, and monitors intravenous infusions and blood products.
Delivers patient care competently. Interacts with family and
patient in sharing care plans while in the hospital and at
discharge. Informs patient and family of hospital procedures. Makes
referrals regarding patient care needs to appropriate personnel.
Delegates tasks to support staff. Performs other duties as
