Nurse Practitioner – Aambe Clinical Solutions, LLC – Anadarko, OK We are seeking compassionate, patient-centered full-time and PRN Nurse Practitioners to support primary care, after-hours care, and occupational health services within our clinic network serving tribal and non-tribal community members in Anadarko, OK. This role is ideal for providers who value relationship-based care, flexibility, and working within growing, mission-focused health systems. What will you be doing in this role? Provide comprehensive primary care, episodic, and walk-in services for patients of all ages Conduct physical exams, diagnose conditions, prescribe medications, and manage chronic conditions Support after-hours care needs within the clinic’s designated scope and capabilities Collaborate with the multidisciplinary clinical team to provide coordinated, patient-centered care Participate in care planning, case review, and quality improvement initiatives Document care accurately in the clinic’s EMR Maintain compliance with clinical standards, regulatory guidelines, and organizational protocols Participate in community-education or outreach activities, when appropriate This does not necessarily list all responsibilities, duties, requirements, or efforts associated with the job. Our ideal candidate will have: Successful completion of a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program with Board Certification Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner in state of practice locationâ?¯ Does not currently have any professional disciplinary proceeding of any state or federal authorities or any disciplinary action of any medical facility in any jurisdiction Has never been excluded, suspended, or otherwise sanctioned by Medicare, Medicaid, or any other third-party payor, nor listed on any state or government list of excluded individuals, parties, or specially designated nationals list as debarred, excluded, or otherwise ineligible for participation in government healthcare programs.
