Job Description:
Gifted Healthcare, a leader in nursing and healthcare staffing,
seeks a compassionate and skilled Local LTAC (Long-Term Acute Care)
Registered Nurse for our Oklahoma City location. This role is
tailor-made for a dedicated nursing professional with a passion for
delivering exceptional patient care in a long-term acute care
setting. As a Local LTAC RN at Gifted Healthcare, you will join a
team dedicated to providing comprehensive care to patients with
complex medical conditions. You will have the opportunity to work
in a dynamic environment that challenges you to blend your clinical
expertise with a caring touch. Assess patient conditions through
consultations with healthcare team and families, and review
patient's medical history and treatment plans. Implementing and
evaluating patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare
team. Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and provide
detailed notes on patient responses to treatments. Educate patients
and their families on disease processes, medical procedures, and
other aspects of therapeutic regimes. Act as a patient advocate and
maintain continuity among nursing teams by documenting and
communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
Ability to provide high-quality care to patients in a high-stress,
fast-paced environment Strong communication and organizational
skills Proficiency in using electronic health records and medical
software Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working
relationships with patients, medical staff, and the public Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Active Registered Nurse
(RN) license in the state of Oklahoma. CPR certification required;
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
