Physical Therapist Location: Perry, OK Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,606 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 7/20/2026 About the Position Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: Therapy/Rehabilitation Specialty: Outpatient Physical Therapy Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Minimum 2 years experience required License: Current license to practice in the state Certifications: BLS required Must-Have: Experience with charting system Description: The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing physical therapy treatments for assigned patients with various conditions. The candidate should provide preventive health measures and technical direction to therapy assistants and students. A graduate of a school of physical therapy with a Bachelor of Science degree, or equivalent degree in Occupational or Speech Therapy, is required. Experience working independently in a small hospital setting is preferred. Candidates must possess a current license to practice in the state. BLS certification is required.
