Atlanta Gentle Dental is looking for a compassionate and efficient Dental Assistant to join our dedicated team. In our practice, we strive to provide top-tier dental care that brightens the smiles of our patients. Our ideal candidate will assist in various dental procedures, ensuring optimal comfort for patients and smooth operation of our services. This role is pivotal in helping us maintain the high standards of care and patient satisfaction that we are known for. Assist dentists during various dental procedures with tasks such as instrument preparation and patient management. Prepare treatment rooms ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are available and sterile. Take and process dental X-rays. Record and update patient medical histories and documentation. Provide patients with postoperative instructions and oral hygiene strategies. Manage inventory of dental supplies and materials. Proficiency in using dental software and office programs. Strong understanding of dental procedures and terminology. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Strong organizational skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certification. Dental Assistant certification preferred.
