You’ll be working in a fast-paced environment where the ratio is a manageable 1:4, but flexibility is the name of the game. ? Financial Breakdown (Weekly) Taxable Pay: $1,080.00 Non-Taxable Stipends: $1,246.00 Total Gross Weekly: $2,326.00 ? Assignment Overview Duration: 13 Weeks | Start Date: 03/12/2026 Shift: Nights (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM) | 36 Hours Guaranteed Location: Lawton, OK (CCMH - 3401 W Gore Blvd) Requirements: 6 months of Stepdown experience [Required] Role Highlights Patient Population: Care for STEMI/NSTEMI, CHF, and cardiothoracic surgery patients post-ICU. Skill Set: Proficient in managing antiarrhythmic IV medications and noninvasive ventilation. Floating Requirement: Must be willing to float to Med/Surg or the ER to hold Stepdown or Med/Surg patients. Scheduling: Flexibility is key—expect 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule, and no block scheduling is permitted. Mandatory Requirements Licensure: Oklahoma is a Compact state. If you don't have a multi-state license, you can apply for an OK single-state endorsement (roughly $85–$95). Certifications: AHA BLS and ACLS required. NIHSS is usually preferred for this unit acuity. Fingerprinting: Oklahoma requires IdentoGO fingerprints for licensure, which usually clear in 1–2 weeks.
