This position focuses on delivering patient-centered care for

collaborative healthcare environment.Position Highlights:Provide
comprehensive evaluation and management of patients with chronic
pain conditionsUtilize coordinated, multidisciplinary approaches to
patient careWork collaboratively with advanced practice providers
in accordance with Oklahoma medical board guidelinesManage
medically complex patient populationsUtilize electronic health
record systems for documentation and care coordinationIndependent
practice with strong team collaborationEmphasis on patient-centered
care and continuous clinical improvementQualifications:Doctor of
Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an
accredited institutionSuccessful completion of an accredited
residency programBoard Certified or Board EligibleValid Oklahoma
medical license or eligibilityCurrent DEA and BNDD
