Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: OR - Operating Room - Discipline: RN - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: RN - Circulator OR Adult Job Details: • Work Saturday, Sunday, and Monday nights with holidays and call required • Minimum 6 months level 1 experience required • Plan, coordinate, deliver, and evaluate nursing care for patients during operative or invasive procedures • Provide direct and indirect professional nursing care in the operating room environment • Individualize patient care according to health status, age level, and specific surgery/procedure • Utilize nursing process for ongoing evaluation and documentation of patient care • Minimum 1 year experience in acute operating room environment required • Excellent understanding of AORN Standards required • Associate's Degree in Nursing from accredited program required • Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred • Current Oklahoma RN License or multistate compact RN License (eNLC) required • Current Basic Life Support certification from American Heart Association required • CNOR certification preferred • Strong verbal and written communication skills essential • Ability to work effectively as part of specialized care team • Computer skills required Facility: This healthcare organization operates a comprehensive medical center that provides advanced surgical services and specialized perioperative care.
