$1,890 Job Requirements / Qualifications - Active Registered Nurse

Willingness and ability to work 12-hour night shifts for the full

with an orthopedic specialty - Manage a 1:5 nurse-to-patient ratio
while prioritizing patient safety and positive clinical outcomes -
Provide post-operative orthopedic care including pain management,
wound care, mobility assistance, and fall prevention - Perform
thorough clinical assessments, monitor patient status, and respond
to changes with sound clinical judgment - Collaborate with
physicians, therapists, and the interdisciplinary team to
coordinate and optimize patient care - Accurately document patient
care and progress in the electronic health record (EHR) - Educate
and support patients and families, providing clear communication
