Pharmacist Location: Woodward, OK Duration: 12-week contract Shift:
Days | 5x8s | Primarily 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (alternating with 9:00 AM
– 5:30 PM) /t - /t On-call required (up to 3 nights per week) /t /t
- /t Weekend coverage: Every third weekend /t Job Responsibilities:
/t - /t Provide inpatient pharmacy services supporting acute care
patients across all age groups, including neonates through
geriatrics /t /t - /t Perform clinical dosing and medication
management, including anticoagulation, renal dosing,
pharmacokinetics, therapeutic drug monitoring, and high-alert
medications /t /t - /t Prepare and dispense IV medications,
including IV piggybacks, IV push medications, antibiotics, and
chemotherapy agents /t /t - /t Compound medications using proper
sterile technique and safe handling of hazardous drugs and
antineoplastic agents /t /t - /t Support outpatient infusion and
chemotherapy preparation as needed /t /t - /t Collaborate with
interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective medication
therapy /t /t - /t Utilize Epic for order verification,
documentation, and workflow /t /t - /t Float within scope of
practice to meet facility needs /t Required Skills & Requirements:
/t - /t Minimum 2 years of inpatient pharmacist experience /t /t -
/t PharmD or Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy /t /t - /t Active state
pharmacy license /t /t - /t RPh credential /t /t - /t Experience
with Epic /t /t - /t Experience preparing IV medications and
supporting acute care pharmacy operations /t /t - /t Ability to
take on-call shifts and weekend coverage /t /t - /t Experience with
inpatient pharmacy duties and outpatient infusion preparation /t
Preferred Skills & Requirements: /t - /t Chemotherapy/Hazardous
Drug Certification /t /t - /t IV Certification /t /t - /t
Experience with chemotherapy compounding and antineoplastic drug
packaging /t /t - /t Experience in ambulatory or outpatient clinic
