Assist Physical Therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients. Educate patients and their families about treatment and recovery techniques. Document patient progress and report back to the supervising therapist. Maintain equipment and ensure treatment areas are clean and organized. Participate in ongoing training and professional development sessions. Strong understanding of orthopedic and manual therapy techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain records accurately. Capability to handle physical tasks and assist patients as needed.
