Job Description:

seeking a dedicated RN Charge Nurse to join our dynamic team. This

approach. As a Charge Nurse at SSM Health, you will be at the
forefront of nursing leadership, contributing to health promotion
and maintenance across our extensive network. Supervise and
organize the nursing staff to provide top-tier patient care.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to enhance patient
treatment plans. Maintain nursing guidelines by upholding
organizational and state board standards. Facilitate educational
workshops for staff to promote continuous professional development.
Manage patient care documentation and records with accuracy and
discretion. Act as a mentor to nursing staff, inspiring adherence
to ethical practices and quality standards. Proven leadership in a
healthcare setting Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and team collaboration In-depth knowledge
of health and safety guidelines Ability to handle stressful
situations with professionalism Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active Registered Nurse (RN)
license in the state of practice Basic Life Support (BLS)
Certification Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
