Job Description:

care. Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established
policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization.
Monitor patient health and maintain accurate records of patient
therapy and treatment. Participate in the development and
evaluation of nursing practices provided in the clinical setting
and the overall effectiveness of the team. Communicate with family
members and ensure they are informed about the patient's condition
and care plan. Administer medications and document therapeutic
effects. Prepare patients for, and assist with, examinations and
treatments. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to facilitate
integrated and comprehensive care. Proficiency in electronic health
record (EHR) systems Strong clinical skills in patient care and
management Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability
to work both independently and as part of a team Crisis
intervention skills Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced
