SSM Health, a Catholic, not-for-profit health system, is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Night Shift ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join our compassionate team. This role requires a resilient and skilled RN to provide critical care in a fast-paced ICU environment, ensuring the delivery of patient-centered care in alignment with our mission to reflect the healing presence of Christ. Provide direct and comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients. Monitor patient health and well-being, adjust care plans based on patient condition. Collaborate with multidisciplinary health teams to optimize patient outcomes. Educate patients and families on illness management and recovery processes. Implement and advocate for patient safety and quality standards in the ICU. Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely. Document patient care services by charting in patient and department records. Proficient in using ICU medical equipment (ventilators, patient monitors, etc.) Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Empathetic and compassionate professional demeanour. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in applicable state. Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required.
