a Stepdown RN Monitor and provide care for patients transitioning
from intensive care to the general medical-surgical floors.
Evaluate patient conditions and collaborate with healthcare teams
to develop effective care plans. Administer medications and
treatments in accordance with hospital policies. Document patient
information accurately and maintain detailed records. Educate
patients and their families about ongoing care and discharge plans.
Qualifications for Aspiring Stepdown RNs Registered Nurse (RN)
licensure in the state of Oklahoma or NLC. Minimum of 1 year
experience in a critical care or stepdown unit preferred. American
Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS) National Institutes
of Health Stroke Scale Certification (NIHSS) Strong clinical
assessment and critical-thinking skills. Excellent communication
and interpersonal abilities. Dedication to providing compassionate
