Provide high-quality patient care in the Cardiovascular Intensive
Care Unit. Monitor and assess patients' vital signs and medical
conditions. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by
physicians. Participate in ongoing professional development and
training opportunities. Collaborate with healthcare team to develop
and implement care plans. Educate patients and families on health
management and recovery. Adhere to safety protocols and infection
control measures. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of
patient care activities. Utilize data to track patient outcomes and
improve care processes. Support a culture of accountability and
high performance within the team. Engage in performance evaluations
and feedback sessions. Assist in training and mentoring new nursing
staff. Experience/Qualifications Current RN license in Oklahoma or
eligibility for licensure. Experience in CVICU or similar critical
care settings preferred. Demonstrated commitment to ongoing
professional development and training. Strong accountability and
performance orientation in work activities. Strong knowledge of
cardiovascular health and related treatments. Ability to work
collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Knowledge of safety protocols and infection control measures.
Excellent communication skills for patient and family education.
Proficient in maintaining accurate patient care documentation.
Ability to utilize data for tracking patient outcomes effectively.
