winners. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in the
Cardiac Cath Lab setting. Participate in ongoing professional
development and training. Assist in diagnostic and interventional
procedures in the lab. Engage in performance measurement and
improvement initiatives. Monitor patients' vital signs and report
any changes. Educate patients and families about procedures and
post-care. Utilize data to assess and enhance patient care
strategies. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure
optimal patient outcomes. Adhere to safety protocols and infection
control measures. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of
patient care. Evaluate and implement best practices for patient
care. Experience/Qualifications Current RN license in Oklahoma with
experience in Cardiac Cath Lab. Commitment to ongoing professional
development and training opportunities. Strong understanding of
cardiac procedures and patient monitoring techniques. Ability to
monitor vital signs and respond to changes effectively. Eagerness
to meet targets and utilize data for patient care strategies.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary
healthcare team. Experience in performance measurement and quality
improvement initiatives. Knowledge of safety protocols and
infection control measures in healthcare. Demonstrated ability to
educate patients and families on procedures. Proficient in
maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
