(Travel/Contract) We're hiring experienced RN-MedSurg Peds for a
13-week contract in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma — earn up to ($2177 -
$2291 per week) while providing essential care at a leading
facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of

Provide direct patient care to pediatric patients in a MedSurg
setting. Participate in ongoing professional development and
training opportunities. Collaborate with healthcare team to develop
and implement patient care plans. Monitor and assess patient
conditions, reporting changes to the medical team. Utilize
performance metrics to evaluate and improve personal work outcomes.
Educate patients and families on health management and
post-discharge care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of
patient care activities. Manage time effectively to meet patient
care deadlines and targets. Adhere to safety and infection control
protocols at all times. Engage in team meetings to discuss patient
care strategies and outcomes. Provide compassionate support to
patients and families during difficult times. Assist in the
orientation and training of new nursing staff.
Experience/Qualifications Current RN license in the state of
Oklahoma or compact state. Demonstrated commitment to ongoing
professional development and learning. Experience in pediatric
MedSurg nursing preferred, with a focus on patient care. Strong
time management skills to meet patient care deadlines. Strong
communication skills for patient and family education. Ability to
work collaboratively within a healthcare team environment.
Knowledge of safety and infection control protocols in healthcare.
Proficient in maintaining accurate patient care documentation.
Willingness to mentor and train new nursing staff. Ability to
