Job Description Medical Assistant (Contract-to-Hire) Location:
Chattanooga, TN Compensation: $17.00 – $19.00/hour Schedule: Monday
– Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break) Overview We are
seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Medical Assistant to join a
healthcare specialist office. In this role, you will provide
critical clinical support to a friendly, patient-centric physician.
This is a unique opportunity for an MA who excels in clinical
preparation, specifically regarding injectable medications and
patient rooming. This is a contract-to-hire position, offering a
stable schedule and a clear path to permanent employment. Key
Responsibilities Medication Preparation: Specially trained to
reconstitute Botox for migraine treatments. You will mix powdered
medication with medical-grade solutions to exact specifications for
physician administration. Clinical Injections: Administer B12
injections to patients as prescribed. Patient Flow: Room patients,
take vitals, and update medical histories, specifically focusing on
the migraine clinic flow on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Clinical
Rotation: * Mornings: Focus on rooming patients and clinical
intake. Provider Support: Work closely with a dedicated physician
to ensure a seamless patient experience. Qualifications Technical
Skill: Demonstrated experience in mixing or reconstituting
medications. Attention to Detail: Ability to follow strict
protocols for medical-grade solution mixing. Soft Skills: A
friendly, professional demeanor to match a patient and supportive
team environment. This role does not require a medical assistant
