Registered Nurse (RN) | Emergency Room (ER) / Trauma Location: Tahlequah, OK Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,092 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/9/2026 About the Position Job Title: Level 3 RN ER Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Nights Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 3 years License: Oklahoma or Compact RN License Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC Must-Have: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task, good written and verbal communication skills, ability to meet physical demands (stand, walk, sit, climb stairs, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl), and lift up to 50 lbs. Description: Provide emergency health care services to patients of all ages, from minor medical injuries to accidents and trauma. Assess patients' clinical conditions, recognizing, identifying, and interpreting serious situations. Prioritize and immediately decide upon and take proper action in emergency situations. Initiate appropriate measures when the physician is not immediately available. Operate and monitor general and specialized emergency care equipment such as infusion pumps, pulse oximeters, ventilators, cardiac monitors, and other specialized equipment. Administer therapeutic measures as prescribed by the physician, such as medications and IV therapy that alter hemodynamic status, respiratory therapy, and mechanical ventilation. Record observations, nursing interventions, therapeutic measures administered, and status of coordinated activities between nursing and other professional disciplines. Document specific health care requirements for patients and prepare written assignments to individual team members, matching the skills and abilities of staff to the care requirements of patients. Plan and develop care delivery, implement the plan, and coordinate the documentation of care. Share responsibilities for sustaining adequate supplies and equipment, as well as general upkeep of the unit and preserving a safe environment.
