Encompass Health Corporation is seeking a dedicated Nurse Supervisor to join our diverse team, focused on providing top-notch inpatient rehabilitation and home-based patient care. As a leader within our healthcare services team, the Nurse Supervisor will oversee the nursing staff and ensure the highest quality of care is delivered to our patients. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent leadership abilities, and a profound commitment to patient care. Manage and supervise nursing staff across various departments within the facility. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Coordinate training and professional development for nursing staff. Assess patient care plans and supervise clinical operations. Participate in recruitment and hiring of nursing personnel. Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback and coaching. Manage scheduling to ensure adequate staffing levels. Facilitate communication between different healthcare teams. Leadership and personnel management Clinical nursing expertise Knowledge of healthcare regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving and critical thinking Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Active Registered Nurse (RN) license. Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
