Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Experience: • 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. • 24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience is required with some in the last 24 months. • 3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months. Requirements: • Candidates must have a Oklahoma license or compact license (required for submission). • This role may require floating to additional units and locations • Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >75 miles from facility to be submitted. • COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. • Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Additional Details: In addition to a valid driver’s license, you must include a utility bill in your application. The bill must be in your name & match the address on your driver’s license (and issued within the last 3 months). No block scheduling requests & no holiday RTO will be approved. Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license from any point in the past. Current and valid DL or State issued ID required & Utility bill in the Traveler’s name with matching address within the last three months of the projected start date. Experience required: 2 years Current Critical Care, Telemetry experience NIH - AHA, APEX, NIHSS, BlueCloud Certs/Licenses: EKG Course/ Telemetry test Daily census: 12-16 Orientation Hours: 12 Patient Age Groups: Adults Any gaps in traveler’s profile (3 months or more) require an explanation listed in the work history- otherwise this will be kicked back to be corrected Traveler must have a minimum of 1 year separation from INTEGRIS as an employee to be eligible for submission Absolutely no license hits.
