Job Description:
This PRN Nurse Practitioner role involves conducting home risk
assessments for adult and geriatric patients, including medical
history reviews, social evaluations, and health education, during
visits up to one hour.
Open to new graduates with a Master's or equivalent experience,
holding current RN and NP licenses, board certification, and
CPR/BLS/ACLS certifications.
Work collaboratively with physicians, case managers, social
workers, and caregivers in various community settings, including
homes and skilled facilities.
Flexible schedule with day, evening, night, and weekend hours,
offering compensation from $2,000 to $10,000/month based on
assessed visits.
Travel required to patient locations; valid driver--------s license
and insurance needed. Benefits include mileage reimbursement,
