Job Description:
We are hiring an RN MDS Nurse / Resident Assessment Coordinator
(RAC) to join our team.
Responsible for accurate and timely MDS assessments and overseeing
the RAI process, ensuring compliance with regulations and proper
reimbursement.
Provides Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care oversight, supporting
quality outcomes.
Requires RN license, graduate of an accredited nursing school, and
preferred experience in long-term care and MDS/RAI process.
