Time Program Therapist to join our Outpatient Services Team B team
located at the Abbott Miller Bldg.*Summary:*Provides therapeutic
services to families, couples and individuals.*Responsibilities:**
Maintains confidentiality, security, and integrity of data and
information in accordance with HIPAA regulations* Provides family,
couple, individual and group therapies as needed* Implements
empirically validated measurements into therapeutic practice to
assess for client progress in therapy and to measure overall
therapeutic effectiveness with clients* Collaborates with other
professionals to ensure for appropriate care of clients* Leads
family education classes, such as relationship enhancement
training* Assists in ongoing initiatives to build and maintain
referrals for services* Creates rapport with area school officials,
counselors, and JOM coordinators to better serve the youth members*
Provides first class customer service - courteous and helpful to
all internal and external customer types* Answers questions in a
courteous and professional manner* Partners with internal and
external services as needed to ensure appropriate referral is made*
Greets and engages with a smile* Determines needs, seeks positive
experience and outcomes* Completes all training and development
requirements and participates in continuing education
opportunities* Works in a collaborative and supportive manner to
support the productivity and safety of the work area, team members
and customers of all types* Maintains general upkeep of work area
and maintains a safe environment* Maintains and promotes
professionalism* Punctual and consistent in meeting start time,
work schedule, attendance and other assigned work time metrics*

experience*Education:*Essential:* Masters Degree in directly
related fieldEssential:* Masters degree in marriage and family
therapy preferred, or Masters degree in psychology, counseling, or
related field*Credentials:*Essential:* Pass general background

Counselor with Mental Health Designation (LADC/MH), or the Oklahoma
State Board of Licensed Social Workers as a Licensed Clinical
Social Worker (LCSW). For license eligible, must be able to achieve
