This leadership role blends patient care with administrative oversight, ensuring high standards of clinical excellence and effective clinic operations.Key Responsibilities: Patient Care: Evaluate, diagnose, and implement individualized physical therapy treatments, ensuring patient progress and satisfaction. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise clinical and administrative staff, fostering a supportive and positive clinic culture. Operational Management: Oversee clinic operations including scheduling, budgeting, financial performance, and regulatory compliance. Quality and Compliance: Monitor treatment outcomes and ensure adherence to evidence-based practices.
