$2,376.00 -Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Registered
Nurse (RN) Ambulatory II to join our dedicated healthcare team.
This role involves providing high-quality nursing care in an
outpatient/ambulatory setting to patients with a wide range of
medical needs - from routine to complex. As an RN II, you are
recognized as a competent nurse who delivers efficient and
compassionate care, supports team collaboration, and upholds
professional nursing standards.You'll play a vital role in

-Responsibilities:
- Deliver patient-centered nursing care aligned with professional
standards and organizational values.
- Manage care for assigned individuals or patient groups in a
clinical setting.
- Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and assist with
treatments and procedures.
- Document patient responses, interventions, and changes in
condition.
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams to support
diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
- Initiate and monitor IV infusions and blood product
administration.
- Resolve patient concerns in a timely, respectful manner.
- Educate patients and families on care plans, treatments, and
discharge instructions.
- Serve as a role model for peers and contribute to team
development and mentorship.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and promote a
culture of safety and inclusion.
- Participate in continuous learning and professional
development. -Required Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical
setting
- Strong knowledge of nursing theory, procedures, and care
coordination
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Experience with patient-centered technologies and EMR
systems
- Ability to adapt in a dynamic, inclusive healthcare
environment
- Culturally competent and responsive to diverse patient
needs
- Strong critical thinking, time management, and organizational
abilities -Education Requirements:
- Associate's Degree in Nursing OR
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing -Licensure & Certifications:
- Current RN License in the state of Oklahoma or multistate
compact license (eNLC)
- BLS certification (American Heart Association) required upon
