Job Description:

work. Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM Experience: --- 24 months of role
experience is required from any number of months. --- 24 months of
Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience is required from any
number of months. --- 3 months of experience with Epic is preferred
from any number of months. Requirements: --- Candidates must have a
Oklahoma license or compact license (required for submission). ---
This role may require floating to additional units and locations
--- Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live > 75
miles from facility to be submitted.--- COVID vaccination required
after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. ---
Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical
declinations accepted. Pre-employment modules may be required for

Additional Details: In addition to current and valid DL or State
issued ID, you MUST include a utility bill in your application. The
bill must be in your name & match the address on your driver's
license (and issued within the last 3 months). No block scheduling
requests & no holiday RTO will be approved. Cannot have any
hits/suspensions on license from any point in the past. Experience
required: 2 years Current Critical Care, Telemetry experience Must
pass EKG Course/ Telemetry test Open to accommodating block
schedule: NO Floating: All candidates must be willing to float to
other areas - even if that is another Integris facility, up to 75
miles. Absolutely no license hits. If submitted with a license hit,
candidate will immediately be rejected. Any gaps in traveler's
profile (3 months or more) REQUIRE an explanation listed in the
work history- otherwise this will be kicked back to be corrected
Traveler must have a minimum of 1 year separation from INTEGRIS as
an employee to be eligible for submission Maximum days off: 5 days
2 references from last 12 months (Manager/Supervisor reference
type) - required for submission Proof of identification required
for submission Certifications: --- NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale) --- BLS
(Basic Life Support) --- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life
Support)
