Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Kingfisher Facility Float Pool team in a Full Time Night Shift position. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will work to restore patients to their highest level of independence in preparation for return home after hospitalization.Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practicesRequirements
  • Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program
  • Current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure
  • Ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 pounds on a regular basis
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
