Hospital in the Oklahoma City area is seeking a Registered Nurse for their growing Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit. Both Day and Night Shifts available. The Company:

    • Shift 7a - 7p FT Days, or 7p-7a Full-Time Nights (Shift diff for nights)
    • Hiring due to growth within the service line and patient volumes
    • Patient Ratios 2:1 most of the time, 1:1 for high acuity patients and 1:2 for ECMO
    • Under general supervision, provides nursing care in a hospital to a diverse group of patients with a variety of complexities
    • Documents patient responses to nursing interventions and prescribed medical treatments; notes all changes in physician order on assigned patients
    • Obtains and monitors physiological data of patients, observes the physiological manifestations of patients and intervenes when necessary
    • Administers medication as prescribed. Initiates, regulates and monitors intravenous infusions and blood products
    • Delivers patient care competently
    • Interacts with family and patient in sharing care plan while in the hospital and at time of discharge Community:

        • ASN required (BSN a+)
        • ACLS
