Oklahomans. About the Position: NCBH is looking for a Senior
Behavioral Case Manager II for our Woodward Outpatient office.
Under general direction this position provides telephone and
on-site screening and intervention; interviews consumers and
families to explore the needs and resources for those requesting
services and participates with an interdisciplinary team in
treatment and discharge planning. Job Type/Salary:
- Application period: 05/13/2022 - 06/30/2022
- Full-time
- Annual Salary: up to $45,000.00 (Salary range is based on
experience, tenure and certification)
- Additional $1000 incentive for EBP Certification
- Primary Working Hours: M, W, TR, F 8:00 am -5:00 pm; Tu 10:00
am - 7:00 pm
- One (1) Vacancy
- FLSA Status: Non-Exempt. Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- Senior Behavioral Health Case Manager II - A bachelor's degree
in a behavioral health field and Two (2) years of professional
experience in professional case management behavioral health
services.
- Behavioral Health Case Manager II - Requires a baccalaureate
degree from an accredited program in a behavioral health field.

- Applicant must be able to pass an OSBI background.
- Must possess a US driver's license to perform job related
travel if necessary.
- Upon a conditional offer of employment, applicants for safety
sensitive positions shall be required to submit to urinalysis to
test for drugs. Appointment to a safety sensitive position shall be
contingent upon a negative drug test result.
- (if Required) Applicants must submit to a physical examination
and shall meet the physical examination requirements of
occasionally lifting/carrying 50 pounds and be able to pull a
maximum force of 25 pounds. THIS AGENCY REQUIRES COVERAGE 24 HOURS,
7 DAYS PER WEEK. WORK HOURS AND LOCATION MAY VARY DEPENDING ON
BUSINESS NECESSITY. EMPLOYEES MAY BE REQUIRED TO WORK WEEKENDS AND
