Position Summary:
The Manager Addiction Program provides leadership and supervisory responsibility for the daily operation of substance use disorder services to ensue coordination of staff and clinical services and continuity of patient care. Provide clinical supervision of staff, students, and interns to facilitate development of clinical competency and ethical practice. Provide backup coverage and consultation in conjunction with other programs at the site. INTEGRIS Health is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer. Essential Functions:
The Manager Addiction Program responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Manage daily operation of substance use disorder services, assuring the services are delivered according to the standards of care and practice within the parameters established by the strategic plan and budget process.
    • Supervise staff and coach employee work outcomes to result in the implementation and achievement of goals and action plans.
      • Provide leadership and supervision within the applicable program and for students/interns.
        • Represent Arcadia Trails services to various audiences to ensure consistent knowledge of services, processes and participation.
          • Facilitate, demonstrate and monitor staff communication of patient information to internal and external resources for patients according to the Arcadia Trails policy and procedures and consistent with state and federal privacy and confidentiality regulations and mandated reporting requirements.
            • Provide back-up coverage substance abuse treatment service to patients in need according to eh Arcadia Trails standards of care as needed.
              • Assure a safe and secure environment for patients, staff, guests and visitors.

                The Manager Addiction Program reports to the Director of Clinical Services.
                Required Physical Demands (Subject to Reasonable Accommodation):

                Standing/Walking: Occasionally; activity exists up to 1/3 of the time

                Environmental Conditions:
                Potential for exposure to human specimens, urine, blood and body fluids/secretions, communicable diseases, and needles. Must follow standard precautions.                 Qualifications:(Minimum education, training and experience, licensure, certification)
                • Masters degree in Substance Use Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field
                  • Licensed in LPC, LADC-MH, LCSW, LMFT, or LBP
                    • Three years or more providing clinical supervision
                      • Three years or more of management experience and/or training
                        • Must be able to communicate effectively in English (verbal/written)
                          • This job requires the incumbents to operate an INTEGRIS-owned vehicle OR personal vehicle (non INTEGRIS-owned) and therefore must have a current Oklahoma State Driver's License as well as a driving record which is acceptable to our insurance carrier.
