We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Automotive Shop Foreman to lead our service team with integrity, efficiency, and a craftsman’s eye for quality. About the Role The Shop Foreman is the captain on the service bay floor. You’ll oversee daily shop operations, support and mentor technicians, ensure repairs meet factory and dealership standards, and keep workflow running like a well tuned engine. You’re part leader, part problem-solver, part quality guardian. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and support technicians to deliver high-quality, timely repairs Assign and prioritize work to maximize shop efficiency and productivity Diagnose and assist with complex repair issues and technical challenges Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer specifications and dealership standards Monitor workflow, comebacks, and quality control to maintain excellence Work closely with the Service Manager and Advisors to coordinate repairs and timelines Enforce safety standards, cleanliness, and organization in the shop Train and mentor technicians, helping them grow in skill and confidence Uphold May Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram’s Driven to Serve culture by putting customers and teammates first What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a Master Technician, Lead Tech, or Shop Foreman Strong leadership and communication skills Deep knowledge of automotive diagnostics and repair processes Ability to manage people, priorities, and pressure with professionalism Commitment to quality, accountability, and customer satisfaction Stellantis (Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram) experience preferred, but not required What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience A supportive, team-oriented work environment Opportunity to lead and shape a growing service department A dealership culture built around Driven to Serve , not just to sell Medical/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance Employee discounts on service, parts, or vehicles Why May Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram?
