Team Lead Job Description The Build/Assembly Technician Lead is
responsible for overseeing assembly team processes as well as
assembling, programming, and testing products according to defined
specifications. This role ensures quality, traceability, and
functional performance are maintained throughout the production
process. Responsibilities Lead and manage assembly team processes.
Assemble products and sub-assemblies following Standard Operating
Procedures (SOPs), Bills of Materials (BOMs), and work
instructions. Use hand tools, torque tools, and basic test
equipment safely and correctly. Verify correct parts, quantities,
and serial numbers before and after assembly. Conduct in-process
and final quality checks to ensure product standards are met.
Record build activity, serial tracking, and test results in the
system. Perform firmware and software updates on devices. Program
and configure devices using approved tools, scripts, and
configuration files. Troubleshoot basic programming, firmware, or
connectivity issues. Maintain a clean, organized, and ESD-safe work
area. Essential Skills Experience in electronics assembly,
manufacturing, or hardware production preferred. Ability to follow
detailed technical instructions and SOPs. Basic understanding of
firmware, software loading, or device configuration is an asset.
Strong attention to detail and quality standards. Comfortable
working with serial tracking and production documentation.
Additional Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or
equivalent. Experience with hand tools, firmware, and software

Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
