Job Description Job Description Job Title: CNC Lathe Machinist – 1st Shift About the Role We’re looking for a talented CNC Lathe Machinist to join our 1st?shift production team. In this role, you’ll set up, operate, and fine?tune CNC lathe programs to manufacture high?precision components. Your expertise will help ensure we consistently deliver exceptional quality and tight?tolerance machining. Compensation $20 – $27 per hour , depending on experience and skill level. What You’ll Do Set up CNC milling machines based on job specifications Operate CNC mills to produce precision parts within exact tolerances Edit and optimize CNC programs for accuracy and efficiency Perform inspections using precision measuring tools Maintain a clean, organized, and safety?focused work area Troubleshoot machining issues and collaborate with team members Follow all safety, quality, and production standards What You Bring Previous experience as a CNC Mill Machinist Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Proficiency with G?code editing and CNC controls Strong understanding of machining processes and tooling High attention to detail and commitment to quality Additional Qualifications Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and problem?solving skills Why You’ll Love Working Here We take care of our team. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wagoner, OK. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr.
