Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Overview: We are seeking an
experienced Masonry Estimator proficient in Tradesmen’s Software
(Master Estimator 3D / OS3DE) to join our team. The ideal candidate
will produce highly accurate, 3D-modeled takeoffs for commercial
and/or high-end residential masonry projects. Key Responsibilities
Perform detailed digital takeoffs and create 3D wall models using
Tradesmen’s Master Estimator software. Analyze blueprints,
specifications, and structural drawings to determine scope of work.
Generate comprehensive material lists, equipment requirements, and
labor man-hour reports. Produce 3D renderings to assist in "value
engineering" and client presentations. Manage multiple bid
deadlines while maintaining "near-100%" accuracy. Requirements &
Qualifications Software Expertise: Minimum 2 years of hands-on
experience with Tradesmen’s Software (Master Estimator 3D) is
required. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of masonry units
(CMU, brick, stone), bond patterns, and reinforcement requirements.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Bluebeam Revu and Microsoft Excel.
Equipment: Ability to work with digitizers or advanced on-screen
takeoff setups. Analytical Mindset: High attention to detail
regarding waste factors, mortar types, and specialized accessories.
Preferred (But Not Required) Local to the Tulsa, OK area (knowledge
of Oklahoma regional material costs and labor rates).
