needed for a specialty clinic in midtown Tulsa. Must have at least
2 years of medical assisting experience, urology or nephrology
experience preferred. Hours: 1st shift, 8am-4:30pm, Mon-Fri
Compensation: $18-$22 per hour Duties & responsibilities: Must have
proof of current, up-to-date certification or registration Must be
able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Escort patients to
and from exam room Records patient data in EHR at each visit,
including but not limited to, vital signs, height, weight,
allergies & medication changes. EPIC EMR software experience,
preferred - (CKD/ESRD experience is a huge plus) Obtains all
necessary consents/authorizations prior to treatment or procedure
Schedules surgeries, patient referrals, and appointments as
required Prepare and stock exam rooms & procedure rooms Follows all
exam & treatment room disinfections, OSHA and HIPAA protocols
Trained to give injections Maintain efficient patient flow Displays
excellent customer service, verbal & written communication and
attention to detail Patient Triage Experience a plus! Qualified
