Farmers Insurance is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and support for insurance-related inquiries. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing solutions and follow-up when needed. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Basic computer skills and ability to learn internal systems quickly. Work collaboratively with agents and team members to resolve customer concerns. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing solutions and follow-up when needed. Stay informed about company products, policies, and procedures, excellent and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Basic computer skills and ability to learn internal systems quickly.
